Birches and Bluebells - Eating
The day usually starts at 8.30am with breakfast served in the main dining area overlooking the lake. Those who require an earlier start are welcome to help themselves to breakfast from the kitchen.
From 9.30am to 1pm , a peaceful quiet atmosphere is encouraged. Coffee , tea , home-made scones and snacks are available throughout the day. Guests may prepare a packed lunch from ingredients provided, or help themselves to lunch from a selection of home-cooked delicious salads, soups and breads depending on the season.
2.30pm to 5.30pm is quiet time again; dinner is served at 6.30pm, or later by arrangement. A variety of dishes are prepared each day, from fresh local ingredients and the best of Irish seafood. The food offering is designed to suit a variety of tastes. Guests are invited to bring their own wine or other alcoholic beverages; no corkage is charged.
